Is live help available when I am using library resources on the computer?

Medical Library Chat Reference is available 10:00 am-4:00 pm weekdays. In 2011 the Yale Library initiated Ask Yale Library, which does not provide real-time chat but does offer SMS and tweet options.

There are always telephone numbers to service points on either of these pages, staffed by staff that can respond and suggest an answer or solution.
