You are certainly encouraged to report and/or discuss your concerns with the Medical Library staff. An electronic feedback form can provide immediate gratification to get something off your chest, but a reply may take time and not allow for immediate clarification. Also, once you send a message, you can't recall it. You might consider making an appointment and creating an opportunity for dialogue and mutual understanding for your issue or concern. We definitely appreciate the feedback!
