PyMOL:  PyMOL is an open source molecular visualization system created by Warren Lyford DeLano '93 Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.

Fiji:  Fiji is an image processing package — a "batteries-included" distribution of ImageJ, bundling many plugins which facilitate scientific image analysis.

Both PyMOL 2.3 and Fiji (ImageJ) have been installed on all medical library iMacs within the Information Commons and 24/7 Computer space.

PyMOL can be run via the terminal with the 'pymol' command and Fiji can be found in the Applications folder.
